October 2026 News

Dear Farmington River Families,

I’ve attached this week’s newsletter, and there’s a lot of exciting news to share! We have some wonderful academic achievements to celebrate, including our school’s impressive growth on the state’s accountability report. You’ll also find lots of great photos of students learning, a fun introduction to our PreK and EK teachers, and information about next week’s Character Counts celebration and spirit days! Be sure to check out the PTA’s free ski and snowboard program, our annual food collection to help local families, and the many fun fall activities happening in our community. There’s a lot going on, and we hope you enjoy seeing all the wonderful things happening at Farmington River!

Best,
Laurie Flower, Principal
